Eyelash Extension Licensing Requirements by State
To legally work as an eyelash artist and get insured, you must have a valid license from your state's board of cosmetology licensing office in addition to completing a lash extension training course. In the USA, each state has its own regulations and there are no federal regulations for lash extension artists. 

If you are licensed in one state and move, you will need to contact your new state and inquire about getting licensed in that state.
